Watch this (glamping) space!

We were inspired to place a caravan in the corner of the little field at Le Cassel because it is a beautiful place to wake up and the last place to catch the evening sunshine. We are now replacing the caravan with a hut crafted from local materials with an open air kitchen, wood burner, solar lights and compost toilet. An out-of-the ordinary and low impact way to experience the Normandy landscape.

This building project (a small one compared with the house renovation!) makes the most of a glorious spot and Che’s years of experience working with houseboats and barges to create beautiful interiors in quirky spaces.

It will give provide  extra accommodation for future residency projects and a getaway for people who want somewhere a bit different to stay while they explore this lovely corner of the world.
