Moving from the cider press to something a bit smaller, we’ve been making the labels for our apple juice on a letterpress printer.

What goes into making a bottle of apple juice?
Know-how gleaned from neighbours (a donkey sanctuary and a master cider-maker); some stunning bits of old equipment; manure (for the trees) and pruning; a lot of bottle-washing; manpower from friends and family; some hungry pigs.
Other than that, the only ingredient is apples.
